Hayley French

Hayley French has over 25 years’ experience in the life sciences sector. Hayley was CEO of Apitope International NV until its acquisition by Worg Pharmaceuticals in 2021. Prior to joining Apitope, Hayley worked as a lawyer specialising in pharma and biotech transactions at Novartis, Basel and Bird & Bird in London. She was also Head of Legal Affairs at CAMR, UK. Hayley started her career at UCL Ventures, London where she was responsible for the management and commercialisation of life science technologies.

Hayley is an experienced trainer on the LESI Intellectual Asset Management courses. She has a B.Sc. in Microbiology from the University of Liverpool, as well as a PhD in Microbiology and a M.Sc. in intellectual property from Queen Mary & Westfield College, University of London.
